Disposable Respirators

The Disposable Respirators catalog presents FFP1 respirators of standard cup-shaped and modified shapes. Products belonging to the 1st protection class are effective if the level of hazardous substances does not exceed 4 times the concentration.

The models are equipped with light and thin filter elements, exhalation valves and sweat-absorbing pads that do not impede communication and do not irritate the skin. The use of FFP1 respirators is recommended when performing grinding, painting, textile work, metal and glass processing.

If a suspension of moderately toxic solid and liquid particles is found in the air, not exceeding 12 times the concentration, FFP2 respirators can be used. The entire surface of the mask serves as the filter element.

The products presented in the Disposable Respirators catalog are made of materials that do not cause irritation and do not impede speech. Exhalation valves, which are included in many models, regulate the accumulation of moisture and heated air. The use of FFP2 respirators is advisable in metallurgy, the petrochemical industry, when working with lime, metals and glass, and welding.
